New topics taught to me, different perspectives I've been exposed to, new ways of learning I've never dabbled in before, new projects to have fun with... Can you believe that 3 months have already passed? Can you believe we're already entering the last quarter of this school year? It feels as if it was just yesterday that I first entered this school, time really does fly by so fast. As I reflect upon these past few months, I am filled with gratitude for the invaluable experiences and personal development that have unfolded along this humble journey of mine. It has been 3 fulfilling and grueling months and I still haven't improved my bad habits all that much. Even though this was the case I have improved some of my strengths.   It was the 121st celebration of high school day. After two years of delay, it is finally back. The school has overcome all the obstacles that COVID-19 created and finally resumed its events. Although I didn't attend the event, I do know the layout of the event. Let me walk you through the layout of the events.   There are 3 main parts to this event: the first part, Church services, followed by a 1-hour break, then the second part, the main part of the event. This is where they introduce the guest speaker and award teachers and such. Also in this part, the top 3 winners of the G10 hip-hop dance competition will perform an intervention. After this is a lunch break, which is followed by the last and third part of the event, the field demo. This is the part where students dance in the field.   Holy Week is the most sacred week in the liturgical year in Christianity. Due to this, we had a long weekend vacation. As I’m not Christian, I didn’t attend any churches for masses and such. So instead, I will be telling you about what I did during the school breaks as a non-Christian. Fair warning, it is boring and repetitious.   On Tuesday evening, the start of our break (because we weren’t required to attend tomorrow), I stayed up until 11 pm watching videos in the dark because it’s calming. The next day I woke up at around 8 a.m., had some coffee, booted up my computer, and tried to learn about some new software I’ve been meaning to use, ‘eww'. After that, I cooked some chicken breast for lunch, workout’d out, and showered. Then I prepared my copies of the song for church and went to church.
